Bee Collective honey comes straight to you from the South Arm Peninsula in Tasmania.  Located at the mouth of the Derwent River, we have some of the cleanest air in the world - with only the southern ocean between us and Antarctica. 
 
Floral sources change throughout the season, with the majority of honey being collected from neighbourhood backyards as well as the annual December flowering 'Prickly Box' (Bursaria spinosa).  This year we have had a strong Blue Gum flow and you will taste the caramel boiled lolly sweetness in this year's batch. Our honey is cold extracted, raw and made with love, directly from the source.
