This year, the bush honey is a blend of blue gum and 'other flowers'.  The hives that produced this honey were on the SE coast of Tasmania and is a rich caramelised blend, a little deeper than the South Arm honey, but not as robust as a tea tree honey.
 
Due to the strange flowering season, it is hard to say exactly what else has made up this blend, but it is tasty and a real winner - especially for those people who do not like Leatherwood at all!
