Sourced from the borders of Freycinet National Park in NE Tasmania, Kunzea ambigua thrives in the granite soils along this stunning coastline.
Flowering from October to December, these honey scented flowers dominate the landscape - bees and other pollinators just can't get enough!
The Bee Collective has been lucky enough to place a handful of beehives amongst this flower fest - and now we can bring you a small batch offering of this gorgeous honey. This is an opportunity to experience a rare honey that most beekeepers do not get a chance to access.
Unlike the floral high notes of Leatherwood, this honey is a dusky cousin - buttery and warm providing a comforting hug at anytime of the day.
This is a limited batch and when stocks run out, will not be available again until next December. All jars are 300 grams.
