They said it couldnt be done. And yet here we are. From a small apiary in a premier organic apple orchard in Tasmania's south.

The Punk Honey range started with small batches of honey collected from specific orchards - because the honey collected is not at scale for commercial beekeepers, it is hard to find and try. This is another best seller in the range, and with only a few jars left I am keen for these to go to an appreciative home. As with my other small batch ranges, this honey comes in a 300g jar.
