Once a year, I take bees down to an organic Blueberry farm in Margate and let the bees do their pollinating magic under the nets.
 
Blueberries and bees have a tight relationship - without bees there are no berries. The bees bring in a very small batch of Blueberry honey and it is highly sought after.
 
The honey - it has a fruity floral sweetness with an astringent finish (think blueberry skins).
 
The Punk Honey range started with small batches of honey collected from specific orchards - because the honey collected is not at scale for commercial beekeepers, it is hard to find and try. This is another best seller in the range, and with only a few jars left I am keen for these to go to an appreciative home. As with my other small batch ranges, this honey comes in a 300g jar.
